Natalie was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She attended Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, and then worked at the renowned Benjamin Salon, where she honed her craft alongside some of LA’s best hairstylists. After moving to Medford Lakes, Natalie founded Montë Los Angeles, with a vision of bringing her unique skillset to a new clientele. Natalie takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with her clients, and making sure each one leaves feeling their absolute best.

Emma is a Jersey girl, who attended the Cosmetology Program at the Burlington County Institute of Technology. She started her career at Nadine Janet Salon & Spa, where she spent five years refining her skills and building lasting relationships with her clients. Emma loves meeting new faces and creating personalized looks that leave each guest feeling confident, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.

Carly is a Medford Lakes native, who has been in the hair industry for over two years. She is dedicated to continuously perfecting her craft, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Carly loves bringing inspiration pictures to life, and seeing each client walk out with a smile on their face.
